FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do You Guarantee Your Work?

Yes. All of our work is always guaranteed. We pride ourselves in offering the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. We want your computer up and running so that you can tackle your day to day task with ease!

Can I connect all of my computers in my house/office to the internet?

Yes. We can configure as many computers to go on the internet, and have all of your computers print to your newly networked printer.

Can I bring my computer to your location for repairs?

We offer remote and on-site service. There was a time when carry-in service was the only support available but with today’s sophisticated equipment and peripherals, remote and on-site support are required for most service issues. The one major downside to carry-in service, especially if you are encountering issues, is that the computers environment or connections may be the issue. Carry-in service removes your equipment from its environment and typically makes repairs less effective. Plus, with the surging gas prices, why not let us drive to you?

Are your technicians fully qualified to carry out computer repairs?

Yes. All of our technicians are experienced and have at least 5 years of experience in computer repairs and maintenance. All our technical staff are rigorously vetted and trained prior to their full time employment.

What computer brands do you repair?

We repair all major brands, including Dell, Toshiba, Sony, HP, Compaq, IBM, Acer, Gateway and E machines.

Can you help setup my printer?

Yes. Our Technicians are trained to troubleshoot and diagnose printer connectivity issues. We also can help you setup your webcam and any other peripherals.

Do you charge to diagnose issues on my computer?

Yes, however the $49.00 charge is waived upon completion of all computer repairs by our certified technician. The more information you can provide to us, the better and faster we can assess and resolve your computer related problem. For more severe issues, diagnostics can take longer than the fix itself. We are always looking for the fastest, most safe and secure way to get you up and running again without the loss of data or functionality. We may also recommend a complete Operating System re-install or purchasing a new computer. Our technicians will give your options so that you may select the one that best suits your needs.

Do you support old computers?

Yes, we can support machines that are running any of the following: Microsoft 98, ME, 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. If your computer is older than 5 years, we recommend purchasing a new computer. Our technicians can consult you on the next computer purchase, typically saving our clients hundreds of dollars in unnecessary software and hardware configurations.
